Parents of kids with achondroplasia hold a rally outside the Government administration. They requested a meeting with the Prime Minister to discuss medication financing.
According to them, they have been staging protests for the fourth month, but have not gotten thorough responses from Georgia’s Minister of Health, and they have asked the PM to take an interest in the matter.
It should be mentioned that yesterday the Parliament discussed the mentioned issue. No country, according to Health Minister, finances achondroplasia medicine. As Zurab Azarashvili said, the state is willing to assist with diagnostic or psychological support.
