“From April 1 a new, different model will be introduced, in particular, there will be one-time permanent permits, which the permit holders will be able to sell, buy or rent. Tbilisi City Hall will no longer issue permits.

These permits will remain in the permanent ownership of the citizens, who will then decide whether to continue working with permits, rent or sell them. Since this is the last chance to obtain permits, I encourage those who drive Category A taxes and have never received a permit to apply to the municipality before March 20 and get an old-system Category A permit. Otherwise, from April 1, they will not be eligible to permanent permits”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
