Reference prices became operational for more than 800 medicines for treatment of chronic and oncological diseases.

The Ministry of Health reviewed more than 700 claims on reference prices presented by the pharmaceutical sector.

By the decision of inter-sectoral council, the prices for more than 300 medicines were adjusted; the novelty will come into force from March 15.

An updated list of more than 800 medicines has been already published on the website of the Ministry of Health. The pharmaceutical companies should be guided by established prices.
