The Chairman of the Parliament writes in the social network “Twitter” that Georgia rises 11 spots and ranks in the top 10 for annual and long-term progress in the Latest Human Freedom Index.

“Georgia rises 11 spots and ranks in the top 10 for annual and long-term progress in the Latest Human Freedom Index by Cato Institute and The Fraser Institute, now ranking 43rd globally, surpassing all European Union candidate countries and three European Union member countries, as well as seven NATO Members”, - tweeted Shalva Papuashvili.
