On the second day of his visit to the Basque Country, Spain, the Chairman of the Georgian Dream, accompanied Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chairperson of the Foreign Relations Committee, Mikheil Kavelashvili, MP, and Ilia Giorgadze, Georgian Ambassador to Spain, met with the Chairman of the Basque Parliament, Bakarcho Teixeira, Head of the Foreign Relations Committee, Raquel Molina, and the President of the Basque ruling party Andoni Ortuzar Arruabarrena.

At the meetings, Irakli Kobakhidze emphasized the importance of deepening Georgia-Basque relations.
