In some areas of east Georgia, heavy snow is forecast. Strong winds are expected in Georgia’s western areas on Monday - Thursday.
On specific roadway sections, fog, blizzards, low visibility, and freezing temperatures are possible.
The air temperature will drop to -3, -5 degrees in West Georgia on January 10-12, potentially causing citrus crop damage, and to -8, -10 degrees in the East, potentially causing fall crop loss.
