Employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative measures and investigative detained S.S. (DoB 1986) for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.

In the course of investigation, it was established that the accused person inflicted multiple injuries to A.D. (DoB 1985) using a blunt object during a confrontation on the basis of a mutual dispute in Khelvachauri municipality, as a result of which the victim died on the spot.

Police arrested S.S. as a result of immediate activities.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
