Within the framework of the joint project of the Public Service Hall and GNERC, all utility applications can be submitted in one space. Consumers of electricity, natural gas and water supply can receive utility services in one visit at any branch of Public Service Hall and submit an application in the name of the utility company - register as a subscriber of utility companies, conclude the electricity supply contract; obtain information regarding payment dues; identify a supply problem, request verification of supply interruption/restoration and/or billing, as well as other types of announcements, such as connection of one new customer to the distribution network / Voltage-Pressure increase.

After the introduction of communal services to Public Service Hall, more than 60 000 customers have submitted their requests in terms of utility services.

Lasha Lobjanidze, Chairman of Public Service Hall, and Giorgi Narmania, Chairman of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission visited the Mukhrani Public Service Hall and got acquainted with the service delivery process onsite.
