The USAID Securing Georgia’s Energy Future Program hosted the high-level workshop on “Access to Renewable Energy Financing” to discuss the long-term Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (CPPA) model and introduce the potential sources of financing and financial facilities to private sector representatives, renewable energy developers, electricity large consumers and financial organizations.
First Deputy Minister of the Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Romeo Mikautadze and USAID/Georgia Mission Director John A. Pennell welcomed the audience.
The event also featured roundtable discussions among private sector actors, including electricity large consumers, renewable energy developers, and financial organizations.
