The investigation established that during the protests on Rustaveli Avenue, the accused person participated in group violence, disobeyed the law enforcement officers and threw various objects in their direction. The fact is being investigated under Article 225, Part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The investigation into the facts of organizing, leading or participating in group violence during the protests, publicly calling for violent actions, as well as preparing an explosion, attacking the police and damaging property on Rustaveli Avenue, is conducted under articles 225, 239 (1), 187, 353, 18-229 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
