The Prosecutor’s Office is ready to submit the materials of Tamar Bachaliashvili’s case to the Public Defender in case of a relevant appeal. The agency issued a special statement.

“The Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia expresses its readiness to submit the materials of Tamar Bachaliashvili’s case to the Public Defender in case of an appeal by the Ombudsman.

In this regard, the representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office will have appropriate communication with the Public Defender’s Office and the representatives of the Ombudsman will be able to get acquainted with the materials of the criminal case”, - reads the statement.
