Out of 8 new coronavirus cases, two had contact with an infected patient, 3 have been imported and 3 more are under study. Such a statement made today the Medical Director of Tbilisi Hospital of Infectious Diseases.

“Out of eight new coronavirus cases, two recorded in Batumi. One of them is a foreigner, a truck driver and the second one is Georgian citizen. The rate of recoveries in Georgia stands at 82%”, - added Marina Ezugbaia.

Totally there are 1 455 cases of COVID-19 in Georgia.
