The MIA detained one person for attempted premeditated murder

The officers of Isani-Samgori Police Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result immediate operative and investigative activities, detained N.Sh. (DoB 1984) in Tbilisi for attempted premeditated murder.

The crime committed envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on August 25 of the current year, N.Sh. on the basis of conflict stabbed in the abdomen area with a cold steel G.B. (DoB: 1981) and fled from the crime scene.

Law enforcers managed to detain N.Sh. in several hours after the crime took place. The weapon of crime- knife, was seized as an evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of attempted premeditated murder, article 19-108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
