The officers of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained S.Ch. (DoB 1993) for premeditated murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on June 4, on the territory of Kvemo Bolnisi of Bolniki municipality, detainee inflicted lethal injury with a firearm to his acquaintance – I.Z. (DoB 1988) on the basis of the disagreement, which took place in past and fled from the place of crime.

Law enforcers managed to detain the offender in Bolnisi municipality on the basis of the respective court decision. As a result of the personal search held to the detainee, law enforcers seized pistol with 6 bullets.

On the fact of premeditated murder, investigation is in progress under the article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
