One person dies in a fire in Zugdidi

Man under the age of 60 got killed in a fire in a residential house, the village of Ergeta, Zugdidi Municipality.

According to the Emergency Management Agency, when firefighters arrived at the scene, the man was already dead. Two groups of the fire-rescue service were involved in the firefighting process.

The reason of the fire is yet unknown.
