Investigative agencies have a direct obligation to the public to answer all of their questions – Giorgi Gakharia

Investigative agencies have a direct obligation to the public to answer all of their questions. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia while answering a question regarding the investigation into the death of Giorgi Shakarashvili.

“Unfortunatly we have not overcome this difficult problem and in some cases some people try to use human tragedies for political purposes. In order to prevent this from happening, the relevant investigative agencies have a direct obligation to our society to answer any question, even unjustified questions, in the shortest possible time, and I am sure they will do so”, - said Giorgi Gakharia.
