A protest rally was held at Adjara TV. It was organized by the Alternative Trade Union and attended by employees of the broadcaster, representatives of European Georgia, the United National Movement, Aleko Elisashvili’s Civil Movement and other parties.

According to the protesters, the management of Adjara TV is chasing independent journalists and trying to change the editorial policy. They demanded “the immediate return of the dismissed people, the cessation of pressure and intimidation on the members of the Alternative Trade Union, as well as the creation of decent working conditions”.
