The law enforcement agencies should complete the investigation in the shortest period in order to avoid speculations. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia while commenting the case of Giorgi Gabunia.

“First of all, the Georgian law enforcement system has prevented a serious crime.

Secondly, the Georgian law enforcement system should do everything in order to evade any danger from a particular person, a particular journalist, Giorgi Gabunia. This is their responsibility and the indicator of the quality of our democracy and security system.

Thirdly, a particular agencies should do everything in order to investigate all this in the shortest period. Everything should be investigated and the people should be provided with a clear picture in order not to let the enemies within and outside of the country to speculate about it for political purposes”, - concluded Giorgi Gakharia.
