Police detained J.M. (DoB 1976) for premeditated murder. Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on May 3 of the current year, on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted injuries with a blunt object to his acquaintance- B.TCH. (DoB1966) in head area and fled from the place of crime. The incident took place in the building of the former movie theater located on Kazbegi street. Due to the sustained traumas the victim died at the place of crime.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
