The officers of Gori police division of Shida Kartli Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained T.T. (DoB 1953) for violence against family member and threat.

Committed crime envisages up to three years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that T.T. verbally and physically assaulted his spouse – M.G. (DoB 1952) and threatened with liquidation.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence committed against family and threat, the crime envisaged by the article 1261 I part and article 151, II part, sub-paragraph “D” under the Criminal Code of Georgia.
