According to Giorgi Gugava, the political secretary of the Georgian Labor Party, the Georgian Dream is using the pandemic and crisis to its advantage.

“They are using the crisis in order to cheat the Georgian people and the international community.

They are trying not to release political prisoners and not to make the constitutional amendments.
