206 out of 270 samples sent from Kakheti to Lugar’s Lab are negative for COVID-19. The results of the remaining 64 people will be known at the end of the day.

As the Governor of Kakheti and the Head of the Kakheti Regional Department of Disease Control said at a joint briefing, test results of 4 citizens in the village of Nukriani and those connected with the infected woman in Kvareli are negative.

According to them, medical observation of a 50-year-old woman, who is the first to be infected in the Kakheti region is still underway currently she is at the Bochorishvili Clinic.

As for the region, 459 citizens are in 10 quarantine zones and 35 citizens are in self-isolation.
