Criminal responsibility of person detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kandaura village for committing premeditated murder of his mother under aggravating circumstances, has been re-qualified into more serious charges.
As a result of operative-search and investigative activities N.G. was detained by police on April 25 of the current year.

Investigation established that detainee inflicted severe health injuries with automatic weapon to his family members- D.G. (1965) Sh. G. (1982) and neighbors- L.S. (1975) and M.M. (1950), who died at the place of crime.

The committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 or lifetime imprisonment.

The weapon of crime was seized by police as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder of two or more people and family members, illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm, envisaged by the article 111 -109, II part, sub-paragraph “F”, III part, sub-paragraph “A” and article 236, I part, II and III parts under the Criminal Code of Georgia.
