The Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin has tested positive for coronavirus. He made such a statement during the televised video conversation with President Vladimir Putin.

Mishustin has nominated First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov to take over as acting prime minister, while he recovers in self-isolation.

Putin has already signed the decree appointing Belousov acting prime minister. He also said that final decisions on federal economic aid will not be made without Mishustin’s involvement.
