The trial of the accused in the murder in the village of Mulakhi to be held today. On April, 20, in Mulakhi village of Mestia Municipality, a border guard of the 2nd border point of the Interior Ministry’s Border Police Department shot an employee of the same border crossing point to death following a brawl.

The Prosecutor’s Office has launched investigation under article 108 of the criminal code of Georgia involving premeditated murder that is punished by imprisonment for a term from seven to fifteen years.
