The United States Embassy in Georgia would like to thank the journalists and photographers of the country. The Embassy released a statement on its Facebook-page.

“Today we salute the brave journalists, photographers, and videographers who work tirelessly to deliver accurate and essential information to the public, with limited resources in a truly challenging environment. The greatest tool in our response to this crisis is information, and professional journalists work at great risk to themselves to ensure we get it. We are grateful for their service”, - reads the statement of the Embassy.
