According to Irakli Kobakhidze, Executive Secretary of the Georgian Dream party, the ruling party has not yet made a decision on continuing the state of emergency in the country.

However, as Irakli Kobakhidze said to “Dgis Kurieri”, in his opinion, there is a real need for that.

“If we look at today’s picture, my subjective opinion is that we will probably need to continue the state of emergency for a certain period of time in order to prevent the spread of the epidemic as effectively as possible.

However, the final decision will be made in a few days”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
