The number of coronavirus infections and deaths is increasing in Georgia"s neighboring countries.

The death toll from COVID-19 in Turkey has reached 649 and the number of infected exceeded 30 000. According to the decision of the Government, a hospital will be set up on the place of the former Ataturk Airport for coronavirus patients.

The virus has killed 8 people in Armenia, 7 in Azerbaijan and 47 in Russia.
