An ambulance doctor in Tbilisi has just tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the Head of Planning Quality and Call Management Department at Emergency Situations Coordination and Urgent Assistance Center, Amiran Gogitidze, the patient is linked to the cluster of National Bank of Georgia which reported 7 employees with COVID-19.

As Gogitidze said, the patient’s health condition is satisfactory. Her contacts were identified and those who had contact with the infected doctor have to self-isolate.
