One hour before the curfew - the Government warns citizens

Less than an hour remains before the curfew goes into effect. The spokesperson of the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Chikovani once again called on citizens to strictly adhere to the restrictions declared within the state of emergency.

“At 9 pm. curfew will go into effect, with this implying that all kind of movement will be banned from 9 pm today to 6 am tomorrow. Lawbreakers will be fined: natural persons will be imposed GEL 3 000 fine and legal persons GEL 15 000”, - said Irakli Chikovani.

He added that this restriction does not apply only to trucks and vehicles of the police, military, medical vehicles, certain officials, etc.
