All of our recommendations have been implemented by the Government very quickly. Such a statement made today Paata Imnadze, the Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
“At this stage, we do not recommend the declaration of absolute quarantine in the country. The situation is not so complicated in terms of COVID-19 spread in Georgia.
I would like to thank the Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia for the speedy implementation of all the recommendations so far. There is no absolute quarantine recommendation from us yet. As soon as we see the need for this, we hope that it will be implemented as rapidly as other previous recommendations”, - said Paata Imnadze.
