Gloves create a false sense of security. Such a statement made today the Deputy Director of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health. Paata Imnadze calls on citizens and medical staff to adhere to maximum safety standards.
“For example, the gloves create a false sense of security. Because when wearing a glove, you have to clean hands with alcohol the same way as without the glove. It makes no sense if we touch our faces while wearing gloves, or touch masks and answer phones. The skin does not infect the human body, but the dirty hand is the main source of infection”, - explained Paata Imnadze.
