Dozens gathered in the city of Zugdidi in order to receive facemasks and hand sanitizer gifted by Saakashvili’s Presidential Library, despite the state of emergency in the country which bans more than 10 individuals standing together. 

As Mikheil Saakashvili said, his initiative was financed by Georgians living in the US. According to the United National Movement, the event was organized by the presidential library and not by them.
