Disinfection works has been launched to sterilize all the streets in Tbilisi, as part of precautionary measures against the coronavirus pandemic. 

Disinfection works are conducted on the streets where metro stops and subways are located. The project will continue for several days. Then Tbilisi City Hall will devise individual schedules to continue sterilizing concrete areas.

The USAID will provide special disinfecting equipment that has a proven record of being most efficient for fighting similar pandemics.
