Police detained three persons: A.A. (date of birth - 1991) P.A. (date of birth - 1995) and G.I. (date of birth - 1995) for illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated in group.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 10 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that in Ninotsminda, A.A. along with two accomplices, illegally restricted freedom to S.B. (date of birth - 2001) for the obligatory marriage ad took her to Tsalka municipality direction.

Investigation is in progress on the fat of illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated in group, article 143, III part, sub-paragraph “A” envisaged by the Criminal Code.
