During the meeting, Giorgi Gakharia listened to the information on the health condition of 15 patients infected with coronavirus and the general epidemiological situation in the world.
It was underlined that the health condition of infected patients was generally satisfactory. Patients receive appropriate treatment.
Members of the Council made a new decision within the framework of preventive measures. The Government agencies were advised to limit their business trips abroad.
This recommendation also applies to study visits as well and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport was tasked to provide relevant information to educational institutions.
The Interagency Council once again strongly urges the citizens, who have been instructed to spend a quarantine period in self-isolation to show a high social responsibility.
