We can’t call a man who steals 50 million, a political prisoner, told Tbilisi Mayor to reporters in response to a question about Gigi Ugulava.

According to Kakha Kaladze, the country has no political prisoners and there is concrete evidence and video footage of Ugulava’s guilt.

“We do not have political prisoners, we have criminals who are detained on specific cases. We can’t call a man who steals 50 million, a political prisoner. You, journalists, also know very well that there is evidence, there is video footage of how they taking money”, - said Tbilisi Mayor.
