Representative of the opposition - Lasha Chkhartishvili - put a padlock on the gate of the Governmental Administration building.
Oppositional politicians and civil activists were shouting out the word “Slaves” during the rally.
“We are not slaves, they are slaves and the padlock is their jewellery”, - said Chkhartishvili.
Law enforcers are mobilized around the governmental administration.
